In these Terms and Conditions “we” and “us” refers to CMP Trust operating as Weekend Warrior Outdoors ABN 40885679266 and “you” means the customer. By visiting our site and or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers and merchants.

Australian Delivery Only

We do not sell or deliver any products outside of Australia, we only ship within Australia.

Legal age to Place Order

You must be over 18 years of age to place orders with us. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that you are over eighteen (18) years.

GST

All Prices on our website are inclusive of GST.

Shipping

A product will be delivered to the address specified on checkout and we take no liability for incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

Warranty

We offer a full warranty on all products, full details and exact warranty is outlined in our warranty section. The warranty will be void if products are misused, modified or used in a manner not intended. See our full warranty details outlined in our warranty sections.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product you may return any new, unopened item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You will receive a full refund on the purchase price, minus the shipping charges. So the customer is responsible for all postage costs if returning a product. We must be contacted prior to returning any item.

If goods arrive with a fault we are to be notified within 7 days of the delivery date. We must be notified prior to you returning any goods. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and will then offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. We will pay all postage costs on faulty items. However the buyer is responsible for all postage charges on return items and once returned and assessed we will reimburse this payment. Refund or exchange will be issued once the item has been tested.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on our Weekend Warrior Outdoors web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
