Shipping and Dispatch Information
We provide fast shipping direct to your door using fully trackable courier systems including Australia Post, Toll Ipec and Private Kayak Couriers. YES ALL KAYAKS ARE SHIPPED TO YOUR FRONT DOOR!! (Not a depot where you need to pick up)
We dispatch all items within 24 hours, with the exception of some kayak locations which are dependant on our kayak courier team. We are happy to provide a guide for your area if you would like to contact us
To ensure your item is dispatched within the 24 hour period please make sure you have provided the following information:
A. Contact phone number – This is for the courier to ensure that they can contact you if required.
B. A Physical Address – If you are ordering a Kayak or Stand up Paddleboard then a physical address is required. These products can not be sent to a PO Box.
C. Kayak Postage – Our Kayak postage calculator will determine the rate direct to your door dependant on your postcode. If your postcode does not calculate the cost please contact us for a price through our Contact Us page.
Our Delivery Partners
1. Australia Post – Phone: 137678
We send out our smaller parcels using the Australia Post E-parcel system which ensures your product is trackable and sent fast through the postal system. We use this for all our smaller items which include all our kayak accessories, soft racks, surfboard and paddleboard accessories and anything up to 15kg in weight.
All these items are dispatched either the same day as ordered or at the latest within a 24 hour period of your purchase.
2. Toll Ipec – Phone: 1300865547
We use Toll Ipec to courier most of our larger items around Australia and this service is fully trackable for peace of mind. Products sent through Toll include Softboards, Stand up Paddleboards, and Kayaks (Some kayaks are also sent with private couriers mainly to regional areas).
Toll Ipec offer a fast service and we dispatch all orders either the same day or the latest within 24 hours of payment being received.
3. Private Kayak Couriers
We have private kayak courier companies which service mainly regional areas at very competitive rates around Australia. They are in the business of carting kayaks and large products and ensure your product is looked after.
Delivery usually occurs within 2-7 days unless you are located in a regional area which can take longer.
Important Delivery Information
Weekend Warrior Outdoors is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft to any product during shipping where a customer has not taken out transit insurance in respect to these occurrences. A customer must pay for transit insurance as an optional extra.
A product will be delivered to the address specified on checkout and we take no liability for incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
Stand Up Paddle Board Shipping Costs
Please note that the cost to deliver stand up paddle boards has a set rate of $99 to the east coast of Australia. Please see the image above for more details. If you live outside of these area’s we will need to quote separately on shipping rates.
