Produced to allow a wider product like a Kayak to be easily carried using these soft roof rack system. The beauty of these carriers is that the 5m tie down straps allows for 2 kayaks to be tied on top of each other and transported securely. 
Being 920mm wide these allow for larger craft to fit on the width of these roof racks and the PVC leather top allows for stability whilst travelling as this has a grippy base to stop the craft from sliding.   As you can see from the image the kayak pictured is 750mm wide and this easily fits on this soft rack.
