Returns Policy

Returns or Exchange

You may return any new, unopened item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We will refund the cost of the goods once returned, not any postage component. So the customer is responsible for all postage costs if returning a product. We must be contacted prior to returning any item.

Faulty Product

If goods arrive with a fault or are dead on arrival we are to be notified within 7 days of the delivery date. We must be notified prior to you returning any goods. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and will then offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We will pay all postage costs on faulty items. However the buyer is responsible for all postage charges on return items and once returned and assessed we will reimburse this payment. Refund or exchange will be issued once the item has been tested.
